I have not found a way to change the continents yet. As of now, that is the only way to use it. And than you should see "LOC_TZ_MAP_NAME" as a map choice. Now create a new game, and go to the advanced set up. Copy that into your TZ file, and rename it "TZ" Lastly you will need to copy your saved map, which will be under "Saves/WorldBuilder". Go to My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods. As the player, your location will be "Player 1" But you need to place the AIs locations, and your own location. You will need to make sure not to exceed the limit of players for the map size. If you are going for a custom map like Europe, or Japan, than you can just delete all the tiles, and start from scratch.Ĭreate your map. Do this as many times as you would like until you find a map that looks like a good template to start with. "New Map", and "Load Map." I would recommend selecting New Map. Now if you go back to Civ 6, you should be on the World Builder page. Than launch the Civ 5 SDK, and open "Fire Tuner." In Fire Tuner, select "MODS" (For me there were 2 MODS, and either one worked fine.) After selecting MODS, in the text box on the bottom of Fire Tuner type in "OnWorldBuilder()" and press enter.
